Vicar and Oversight Minister for the Mission Area of Edlington & Hexthorpe

The Diocese of Sheffield is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and resilient Priest to have oversight of the Hexthorpe & Edlington Mission Area, a united benefice southwest of Doncaster town centre. As member of the Society of St Wilfrid and St Hilda under the House of Bishop’s Declaration, the benefice receives pastoral and sacramental care from the Bishop of Beverley.
This is a challenging but exciting role at a time of transition within the Diocese. It requires a person who is: well organised and compassionate; able to work collaboratively across a diverse Mission Area; and committed to empowering the whole people of God for the whole mission of God to grow in the understanding and working out of their faith to help realise our vision to be a flourishing and generous  diocese that is Renewed, Released and Rejuvenated.
