Who is running it?

Father Adrian Judd is the tutor and group facilitator. He is a vicar in the Diocese of Leeds and is Unite senior tutor for the Faith Workers Branch.  He served his title in the Diocese of Worcester, and has been a vicar in Liverpool Diocese and has been vicar of a multi-parish benefice in Leeds Diocese (formerly Wakefield) for 25 years.

What?

A confidential safe space to discuss and respond to stress-inducing issues.

Sessions in 2025 include:

  1. Discussion of causes of stress (14th July);
  2. Writing a Wellness Action Plan (11th August);
  3. Implementing a Wellness Action Plan (8th September);
  4. Responding to causes of stress (13th October);
  5. Mental Health First Aid pt.1 (13th October);
  6. Mental Health First Aid pt.2 (10th November)

What method will you use?

There will be time to talk and listen to each other, with some discussion of case studies and other opportunities for learning.

When?

Monday evenings, on the second Monday of the month at 7pm

The first meeting is at 7pm till 8pm on July 14th.

Where?

On Zoom. Please email Father Adrian to say you are coming though: fatheradrian.judd@gmail.com You do not have to attend each session, but the learning will build on previous sessions so it may be helpful to do so.

Why?

To help clergy who feel stressed, or who want to meet others with no ‘business’ to be conducted. This is a safe space without bishops and is a confidential space where there is no place for being competitive about achievements in parishes.
