Following the final approval debate in Synod opening up the possibility of episcopal ministry to women, Bishop Glyn is keen to make himself available to meet with his brother priests to reflect on the outcome (whichever way the vote goes). Therefore he has arranged three meetings immediately following the General Synod.  These will be on:

Wednesday 16 July at St James St James, Owton Manor, Hartlepool
Thursday 17 July at St Paul’s, Royton, Oldham\
Friday 18 July at St Jude’s, Hexthorpe, Doncaster

The format will be the same for each of the three get-togethers, namely, 12 noon Mass followed by bring your own lunch (drinks provided), then an opportunity to reflect together and to make comments and ask questions of Bishop Glyn.  We hope to finish by 2pm or 2.30pm at the latest.

Obviously there is no compulsion for anybody to attend, but Bishop Glyn is keen to make himself available at this critical time in our life together.
